Description

“John J Hilton became one of Australia’s leading fashion houses represented in Paris, New York and London. At its peak 300,000 garments were made annually and exported around the world. Hilton pioneered export to Japan. The company was the recipient of many fashion awards and offered women in their mid-twenties elegant and durable dresses.” Source: https://stores.bsl.org.au/blog/its-a-honey-its-a-hilton#:~:text=Gyula%20escaped%20and%20by%201947,a%20honey%20it’s%20a%20Hilton’.

This “sweet-as-a-custard-pie” dress by “Honey it’s a Hilton” is truly a classic 50’s example.

The dress features the cutest puff sleeves, bow & even has a built in tulle petticoat. This dress would be the perfect pinup girl photo shoot dress – or for that fun pinup parade. I can just imagine it with a sweet straw hat.

The dress is in good condition and will best fit an Australian size 6.
