I’m not usually a fan of modifying original vintage unless there is devastating damage…however! I would totally chop this maxi into a mini just to re-create Lulu’s iconic look in the movie “To Sir with Love” (see image pics).
This 60’s maxi is by Habe Garments in Sydney. It features the iconic late 60’s trend of the pan collar. The dress also has matching cuffs. Unfortunately one of the cuffs needs a replacement hook & eye closure, but apart from that it is in great condition.
The dress is a decent size too & will accommodate up to a modern size 14 Australian.
