Eye catching everyday poly dress with sash tie. It has an elastic waist & flutter sleeves. The only flaw I can find is a mark on the sash belt, however, you can flip the belt to hide it.
This dress is best worn shopping at a Target store that hasn’t changed since 1984. Team it with a pair of red & cork wedges and hi gloss red lippy. (Blue eye shadow is optional.)
