Description
Lee Bird was a popular designer in Queensland in the 1970’s & 80’s. From what I can gather she was an “out-of-the-box” designer and I know that every Lee Bird item that comes my way is crazy eccentric 80’s in the best possible way!

This is a stunning strapless cotton dress with definite Queensland tropical holiday vibes. The bodice is fully boned for support with a tie front to hold everything in. It has pockets too! It has a fantastic 80’s colour way with great tropical graphics on the skirt.
It is still in good condition. No flaws. The best fit is a modern Australian size 12. The pictured model is a 12DD bust. I would not recommend to go over this bust size.
Best worn sipping Pina Colada’s in a beach bar hut on an exotic island in the Maldives with 90’s Tom Cruise serving your drinks.
