This is a highly collectable American designer label. Fred Perlberg was known for designing beautiful dance & party dresses, mostly for the teen market. They sat in the middle America market. Affordable but of high quality. This terrifically petite sweetie is a very unusual one shoulder design. The heavy cotton paisley fabric is dotted with intricate gem stones. It features a full skirt & side zip. All set off nicely with trim & waist bow. The only flaw is the attached petticoat which has been a bit beaten up (see photos), however this is obviously not noticeable when worn. I have used a stiff net petticoat in the product photos so you can see how gorgeous this dress is in it’s full glory. It is very petite however, possibly made for a teen. Therefore it is definitely only suitable for a size 4 to 6 Australian.
